CONSULTATION

The first step is to schedule a 2-hour onsite consultation. At the consultation, we will also review ARA Interiors’ contract and the fee retainer that is required to get started.

RETAINER

Upon receiving the retainer, we will coordinate an onsite measure with all the trade partners and contractors who will be involved in your project.

PRESENTATION

We will then meet again after our planning period for the Design Presentation of the entire project. This Design Presentation is where we illustrate our full design plan and solutions for your practice, along with the budget breakdown.

APPROVAL

After final approval, the deposit payment is required to begin the purchasing phase of your project. See our design process for more details.

ARA Interiors will block out that specific date and time on our calendar, consultation fees are billed at the time the appointment is booked*.

The consultation fee is $350.00 + GST and payment will be required via PayPal.

Our Design Fee is priced at $179 + GST per hour after initial consultation – this is always quoted upfront, before work commences.
